baking for the feast
Next Christmas will come for sure! With this workshop you can get in the mood for the festive season and make cookies for the whole family. Each person can take 80 to 100 fresh, fine biscuits of five different varieties home with them. That gives a lot of work and even more enjoyment!
Your own Guetzli
This event focuses on the processing of the dough and the completion of the Guetzli. Some of the doughs are therefore already produced the day before by confectioners. Others are made by you and your team on site, and you can then form your own biscuits from them.
The varieties
In this workshop, a total of 4 different types of biscuit are made:
- Cinnamon stars
- Brunsli
- Spitzbuben
- Mailänderli
Guetzlen can be ideally rounded off with a salty aperitif. After baking, you will not only receive the fresh Guetzli, but also a recipe booklet with the exact instructions to take home.
